THE ring!

When Steve proposed he gave me a beautiful 1 carat solitaire diamond on a white gold band.  Aside from being too big, it was beautiful... and I loved looking at it and being reminded of the man who wants to marry me.

When Steve proposed he told me that I would have my choice of the band.  The ring he had present to me was a "presentation ring."  Four months later, when Steve was ready to purchase to new setting, we returned to Shane Company to purchase the official ring.  They replaced my diamond in the new setting and it is truly the perfect ring.  It's unique, noticeable but not gaudy, vintage, and sparkly!

I find myself starring at it sometimes and it's a great reminder of the man I love.
