Running doesn't always have to be serious.......you can definitely have fun with it! Trust me.
Completing physical activity releases endorphins into the body causing a feeling of well-being. In order to have a Bubbly Tuesday, go for a run, hike, bike ride :) and get those endorphins flowing through your body and mind!!!!!!
