socks & boots

while doing my daily blog stalking yesterday, i ran into a blog and found some adorable socks that i knew i just had to have. ever since i found some thick wool socks at h&m, i have been wearing boots and socks every day... most literally.

i saw these cute socks and had to have them. so i went home and showed the fiance, and i bought them! they will be arriving in the mail in just a few days, and i'm so excited!

boot boot dilemma

i have been searching high and low for the perfect pair of fall boots. i was thinking a few months ago that i wanted to get some cute chukka style boots. i found the perfect pair and have been thinking about them ever since. they are short ankle cut boots and would be cute with dresses or skinny jeans... whatever. i love them.

but now that fall is approaching, i am thinking that i want to get some tall, flat, cognac boots. i am 5ft10in and don't really wear heels around much because even some of my shorter heels make me over 6 feet tall and i'm not a fan of feeling that tall. and heels are just not that comfortable.

so - i went on the search for my next pair of flat boots and was so excited when i ran across chinese laundry's women's night owl boot. i am now debating between the chukkas and these.

which pair would you buy?
