Dancing the Night away
The Second half of the Reception took place in a elevated Sperry Tent. These tents are amazing! The 46 foot round tent made of sailcloth was on an elevated floor 10 feet off the ground. It made an amazing statement on the property and how the tent was placed the view was nothing but ocean. Within the tent, was the 10 piece Bob Charest Band on stage. The only band in Maine with two female and one male lead singers took command of the reception and played for the guests who danced the night away. Both Aron and Gita's first dance as well as the parents dance were special songs the bride and the groom chose that the Band learned for this event. Bob Charest Band knows how to put on a show and the guests where blown away by the variety of the songs as well as their speciality lighting. While the band played, Silver Tureen served a dessert bar, and the Cake by Let Them Eat Cake. There was also a dessert wine bar with port and dessert wines by Winterport Winery. As the night grew to a close the guest lined up outside for a sparkler send off for the Bride and Groom. Aron and Gita where swept away by Blue Hill Limousine Company where they were taken to The Blue Nose Inn, located in Bar Harbor, where they stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, where champagne and strawberries were waiting for the them.
