A Little Napkin Folding Tutorial

A couple of weeks ago, I posted this tablescape for Tablescape Thursday. (You can see more pics of this tablescape, HERE.)




Several folks expressed an interest in how this napkin fold is achieved. It's soooo easy...you're gonna love it. So, let's get started. By the way, if you have a napkin with a monogram or decorative design in one corner, that works best for this type napkin fold.




Just follow the steps below...







This pic just shows it folded in half...

If you prefer, you can fold the back flaps down to create the point at the bottom of the napkin, instead of at the top. (See below.) This way does allow more space for the forks at the top but you can't tuck them quite as far down into the napkin pocket. Either way looks great!
