Huge Handmade (& Vintage) Giveaway! -- CLOSED!

This giveaway is CLOSED!
Congratulations to Brandy!

The time has finally arrived! The Huge Handmade (& Vintage) Giveaway is here! I apologize for the slight delay! A gal experienced some flooding in her home and being that we lost everything in the flood in May, I could relate and felt compelled to hold things off until she could get her fabulous items to me! So very glad I did, too, because they are beautiful! Anyway, this giveaway is a collection of a dozen or so fabulous bloggers, crafters, and artists and they're going to share some of their favorite things with you! I even added a bit of stuff, too! I thought this would be a great way to share some talent of independent artists and crafters and get their name out there when not eveyone can afford to take out advertisements on blogs. So here you'll get introduced to a dozen wonderful crafters and the best part: ONE lucky winner gets to take ALL of this home! That's right... ONE! It could be you! Here is what is up for grabs!

*not pictured here is the yellow cupcake stand & photo prints by Reva May.

Here is an in-depth look at each item and the sponsor!

Miss Molly Moon is offering up one her brilliant hair clips! This specific one is called Down Home Plaid and it is darling! Molly made me one of my own (The Kaelah Bee!!!) and it's a sweet lavender with hearts print! I was thoroughly impressed with how well made the hair clips were and if you don't win, you should swing by her shop and pick out a few for yourself!

Jen sent me a lovely green-marbled-bead necklace that I'm excited to wear with a cozy cardigan! The jewelry is incredibly well made and it's the type of stuff you'd expect to see in a boutique downtown! Jen is also a super sweet gal and you should swing by her slice of the blogosphere and say hello!

Yellow Paper Mosaic with Frame
Danielle of Little Alaska has sent over a gorgeous framed yellow mosaic she made! It's a nice artful way to throw in a pop of color to any room. The thick black frame and white matte really helps the yellow pop. She sent over a handpainted wood-cut owl figurine to me, too. She and her boyfriend have an etsy up and running to check it out!

Hana of Oh Feathers sent over two of the cutest necklaces I've ever seen! Both necklaces are leather pendants on cute chains. The one up for grabs in the giveaway is a hand-tooled basket weave leather pendant necklace on a 15" chain. I love the fact that it's arranged on the chain vertically rather than horizontally! It'll be a great statement piece for Autumn! Be sure to check out some of her other hand-tooled necklaces! They're absolutely brilliant! Also- she offers free shipping to the USA always!

5 Fine Art Photography Prints
Reva May sent over 5 of her Fine Photography Prints for a lucky reader to snag! They'd look great in a solid black frame they'd compliment almost any interior. Yellow Scalloped Cupcake Stand
Danielle of OliviaDru makes some lovely woodwork pieces for your home! This adorable handcrafted cupcake stand is just too cute to pass up. It'll make you want to bake cupcakes daily! She sent me over a white one and Mike and I put it together immediately! If I had time to tonight, I'd bake two dozen cupcakes just to sit on it! I really can't express how cute they are! Her etsy is currently on "vacation" (for lack of a better term) as she's recovering from the flood, but you can check out her blog and stay updated on when she'll be back in business! (Really, I mean after the flood here, how could I deny such rad items to be included in the giveaway?!)

Hodgepodge of Goodies
I decided to top the giveaway off with my own little assortment of treasures! Mike and I stumbled upon a few Polaroid Land Cameras (the rainbow ones!) and three embroidered owl pictures during Oktoberfest so I thought one of each would be a nice addition to all the lovely goodies you've seen already! Also added - a vintage owl brooch and a handmade autumn-inspired headband from my etsy.

Submit Your Stuff for the Huge Handmade Review/Giveaway!

HUGE HANDMADE REVIEW
+ GIVEAWAY!

I've received so many emails and comments about people wanting to be able to host a giveaway on my blog but simply are unable to foot the the sponsorship fee. While I've never offered this before, I thought we could try it for one time and hopefully make a really really great giveaway, too! I'm all about smaller blogs and Etsy shops getting their name out there and I'd love to help in any way I can. I've decided to bring this to the table for a one-shot deal and hope that you'll take advantage of it!

*Who is eligible? Anyone with an Etsy or a knack for handmade goods!

*Do the items have to be handmade for the review and giveaway? No! I originally thought yes but several people had said they have vintage goods, prints or housewares and that is fine!

*What is required? One item for me to keep and review (this is in place of the $30 sponsor fee), and one (or more) items for me to put in the huge giveaway! [If you are unable to do both and still want to participate, email me and I'll see what we can do!]

*Is there a monetary value amount required? No. It can be pretty much anything for the most part.

*What should we do if we're interested in submitting? Email me! Kaelahbee@gmail.com and send me the link to your shop or photos of what you have/would like to contribute. You can either choose something or let me choose it, and you can put a ceiling price on it (like, 'nothing over $20' or 'anything but this...' etc). I'll write down your name, etsy shop, and items, and then you can mail them to me!

*What should we include in the package? The item for review, the item for the giveaway, a description of each, a small/short bio of you, your etsy/blog links! (So I can have this information for the featured posts!) The review will basically consist of my opinion about your shop and all that jazz (so don't worry! It's not like it's bad!)

*What do we get out of this? You get exposure on my blog with over 3,000 daily readers. You don't have to pay the sponsor fee but you still get to take advantage of the opportunities presented to sponsors. This is to help get YOUR name and YOUR goods out there! I will also visit your shop and pick my favorite item to feature in the post along with everything else.

*Who will win the giveaway? There will be ONE winner for the ENTIRE batch of goodies (this is why I'm having you send them to me, so I can ship them together)! The winner will be determined via Random.org and I will foot the shipping bill! (Which won't be cheap, I'm sure!)

*When is the deadline? Deadline for all items to be in my hands is September 24th! (That should be plenty of time if you're international! If you need more time, PLEASE email me immediately!)

*Is there a certain number of available spots? Yes! They are first come - first serve, so don't delay if you want to take part!

I really hope you guys take advantage and really want to participate! I don't know if I'll ever do this again but hopefully it won't be a total flop!
