Friday Favorite: Thunderstorms!

In this week's installment of Friday Favorites, I'm going to touch base on some incredible photographs found online of one of my all time favorite things: thunderstorms! I used to be so scared of them when I was younger. Now, I watch the thunderheads roll in with anticipation! Nothing better than getting a good productive day of work in with the windows open, the rain pouring, and the lightning striking! (I'm especially keen on thunderstorms at night, too!) There's a storm rolling in right now! Can you tell I feel inspired?!

Friday Favorite: Peonies!

It seems like "what is your favorite flower?" is a rather common question for the ladies (fellas, take note! we actually do like them!) and I never really had one. My answer changed with every opportunity and this left a wake of rather confused boyfriends in my past. Well, I'm here to put that internal debate to rest with my answer: Peonies! I always loved them, but I never really realized how much. They are absolutely gorgeous and they make such a statement. Anyway, less babble, more photos!

Friday Favorite: Teacups!

The one thing I collect aside from shark memorabilia is teacups. I love the dainty, feminine look of a really cute and ornate teacup (which is the absolute polar opposite of a shark!). I'd have them sitting on shelves, hanging from hooks, stacked, and hosting an array of votive candles but I lost all of them in the flood in May. Sad day! BUT! I'm definitely going to build my collection up once more and have them decorate our new place just to be sure it has a touch of femininity. I cannot wait to sport my teacup and teapot tattoos, too! Ooh la la! Mike is big on sweet teapots so we might just have to invest in one from Teavana for our new humble abode! Onward with the photos!

So sorry for posting this so late in the day! It was a whirlwind of getting to Brooklyn and shooting some photos with new shirts for 1Aeon and then Liz and I headed to the Fred Flare store and yadda yadda yadda! Don't worry, I have photos coming soon! As well as in-further-detail post!
