as i was looking for some cute hair tutorials online today, i came across a blog that had some gorgeous pictures of blake lively. ever since i first saw her on gossip girl, i have been in love with her. i think that she is so pretty. she has the best hair and gorgeous eyes. and her clothes!!!! she has the best clothes ever. she is definitely my girl crush.

anyways - after seeing these pictures, although they are a few months old at this point and do not fit the season, i had to, HAD to share them with you. [the first 2 are my favorite]

they're hydrangeas...

i don't know how many of you are fans of gossip girl like i am... so i don't know if the title of this post means anything to anyone, but i thought it was funny. i got a good chuck-le out of it. hahahahhah. alright. let me set the scene. . .

blair waldorf, a spoiled and very glamorous fashionista, [played by leighton meester] was the recipient of a gorgeous arrangement of hydrangeas. sitting on the table for all to see, someone clearly not educated in the many different types of flowers comments on them saying, 'nice flowers'.

blair glares at him then corrects him saying, 'they're hydrangeas'.

but, back to my post. i absolutely love hydrangeas. i think they're one of the prettiest flowers out there. i found a lovely collection of photos that i wanted to share! enjoy!

Missing the Gossip

i am completely missing gossip girl. i don't like to wait for the last season to come out on dvd to watch it. but i hate waiting in between weeks to just see the next episode either... so i'm going to have to start from season one to hold me over for a while!!  ♥

reading: the shack by William P. Young. it started off more interesting than it is now, but i cannot stop reading it...so we'll see how it ends

listening: to drake, usher b.o.b. and many other artists inspired by my favorite PH rep, james. james young...

waiting: anxiously for gossip girl: season 3 to hit stores later on this week. yes. you could say that i'm a tad bit excited.

wanting:  december to arrive faster. please. pretty please.

hoping: that things work out so that this can take place:



praying: that this week goes by fast. it's only tuesday and work is giving me a headache

Adoring Blake

blake lively is one of my very most favorite actresses. she is gorgeous. she is fun. she is sexy. i absolutely adore her role in gossip girl, which i know that you all know is one of my most favorite shows.

one of the reasons that i adore the show is because of blake. she always has a huge smile on her face which makes her even more the beautiful. i cannot wait to see the adorable clothing and fun accessories that she will be sporting as Serena Van der Woodsen this season. i love her style. it's perfect. and if i could have her entire wardrobe, you know i'd give up anything to do so. :)

the reason for this post though, is to let out some excitement. i am THRILLED that later this week, gossip girl: season 3 is going to be out for my little hands to get ahold of. i will be rushing to the store on the release date, to grab hold of the third season, only to spend all weekend watching every episode in a row: from 1 til the end.

i hope that everyone had a lovely weekend. it's work time in the morning.
